STM has taken a booth at the IDEAS 2024 defence exhibition held in Pakistan, which showcases warship and submarine designs.
STM’s booth was focused on naval systems with Ada-class corvette, DİMDEG logistic support ship, STM500 submarine, MPAC fast attack craft, and I-class frigate.
STM is among the important contractors of the Pakistani Navy, having modernised the Agosta 90B submarine and the PNS MOAWIN logistic support ship.
STM’s current works include the STM500 submarine, the Turkish Fast Attack Craft building, and recently, UUVs.
The firm previously revealed its NETA family of UUVs at SAHA EXPO 2024. Two members of the family, NETA 300 and NETA 1000, are in different size classes and have missions including underwater ISR, mine hunting, and research.
