The fifth Military Radar and Border Security Summit on the 7th and 8th of October will host new products and host military attaches from nearly 50 countries. 

The fifth of the Military Radar and Border Security (MRBS) Summit will be held in Hacettepe University’s Beytepe Congress Centre, Ankara, to host companies, professionals from the defence sector, and military attaches.

The summit will provide a ground for firms to display their products to authorities and the formation of cooperations. Additionally, sessions will be held to provide insights into security and sectoral matters.

Industrial participation consists of nearly 100 companies and 1800 professionals, while military attaches from around 50 countries will have a significant contribution in terms of foreign participation.

President of MÜSİAD Ankara, Fatih Bilal Yülek, underlined in the press briefing that SMEs have become an important part of the ecosystem with their contribution to the localisation efforts and economic development.

New Products to be Displayed at the Fifth MRBS

Like the previous MRBS, this year’s MRBS will also house an array of new products from the Turkish firms, including:

->VISCO will display its new generation mobile power supply units that can power radars and communication systems

->Odak Ar-Ge, specialising in lighting systems, will display its projectors and the tethered illumination UAV

->NETA Technologies will display its Internet of Things (IoT) antenna using phased array technology to allow rapid communication on the move without connection loss

->Beyes Teknoloji will display the TASNİD UAV for targeting support and high-speed 16-channel slipring

->Türkport will take its place with the GÖKÇERİ surveillance balloons
