Altınay acquires all of ASELSAN’s DASAL shares according to the Company’s statement on the Public Disclosure Platform.
Altınay informed the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it acquired all the shares of DASAL, of which ASELSAN is the 49 per cent shareholder of the Company.

In line with our Company’s growth and expansion strategy to adapt to market dynamics, it has been decided that the shares of our subsidiary DASAL Aviation Technologies Inc., which belong to ASELSAN Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and represent 49 per cent of the capital, will be taken over by our Company.
Within the scope of the share transfer agreement signed with ASELSAN Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. on 25.10.2024, our Company’s share in the capital of DASAL Aviation Technologies Inc. has reached 100 per cent .”
