ASELSAN announced at the KAP that it had signed an export agreement with an international customer on Electronic Warfare, Radar, Sonar Systems, and Guidance Kits.
The statement says that the export agreement is “valued at USD 79.277.900,- in total have been signed by ASELSAN for end use of its clients located in Asia and Middle East. The export of FERSAH 100-N/MF Hull Mounted Sonar System for Anti-Submarine Warfare will be carried out for the first time within the scope.”
ASELSAN FERSAH Hull Mounted ASW Sonar is a mid-frequency anti-submarine sonar with high source level and array directivity.
The system has active and passive ASW modes and Mine Like Object Avoidance (MAS) modes.
ASELSAN FERSAH Hull Mounted ASW Sonar has detection, tracking, and analysis capabilities in both active and passive modes using signal processing techniques.
