Five Turkish firms in Defense News' Top 100 2024 list of defence firms got into the Top 100, while two made it to the Top 50. In the 2023 list, four companies were in the Top 100, with one in the Top 50. 2024 results for Turkiye with the previous year's rankings are as follows:
• ASELSAN: 42nd (47th in 2023)
• TUSAŞ: 50th (58th in 2023)
• ROKETSAN: 71st (80th in 2023)
• ASFAT: 94th (100th in 2023)
• MKE: 84th, entered the list for the first time All companies show a climb between six and nine ranks, and MKE has entered the 84th place on the list.
The defence revenues in 2023 and per cent changes compared to the previous term are listed as:
• ASELSAN: $2.986 billion, +29%
• TUSAŞ: $2.205 billion, +49%
• ROKETSAN: $1.256 billion, -21%
• ASFAT: $656.88 million, -26%
• MKE: $905.75 million, +64%
TUSAŞ and MKE have the third and second highest revenue growth rates after the Ukrainian Defence Industry, with +72%.
