ROKETSAN is displaying TEBER-83 and TEBER-84 as the latest additions to the family of laser+GNSS guidance kits for general-purpose bombs at the IDEF25 fair.
The complete TEBER family of guidance kits developed by ROKETSAN over the years is on display at IDEF25. In addition to the TEBER-82 wing-assisted version, wing kit version, and TEBER-83; ROKETSAN unveiled TEBER-84 for Mk-84 2000 lb general-purpose bombs.
The heavier variants of TEBER use an extra set of fins, likely to accommodate the higher weight by providing extra lift.
TEBER uses a laser seeker with the option for a proximity sensor and GNSS for guidance to achieve high precision against stationary and moving targets.
TEBER-82 currently has a wing-assisted variant with stubby wings to mitigate the kinematic loses in UCAVs compared to fighter jets, while the wing kit variant allows for long engagement ranges.
