Turkiye joins the Paris Air Show with 12 companies as France, the US and UK lead participation; Israel returns with nine stands while Russia remains absent.
Le Bourget Paris Air Show, one of the world’s oldest and most prestigious aviation events, opens today in the French capital. Turkiye is represented by 13 companies and institutions at the event.
A total of 2,422 companies from 44 countries involved in civil and military aviation, unmanned aerial systems, and space technologies will gather in Paris. France, as the host nation, leads participation with 1,088 companies, followed by the United States and the United Kingdom, with 452 and 96 companies respectively.
This year’s edition also reflects ongoing geopolitical tensions. Russia is absent from the show, while Israel—previously removed from the Eurosatory defence exhibition by court decision—will be present with nine boots.
