PASİFİK TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş.’s Titra company announced in two separate statements to the KAP that it received investment and signed a contract with AselsanNET.
The unofficial translation of the Turkish statement made by PASİFİK TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) is as follows;
“A subcontractor agreement of 1,205,000,000 TL + VAT has been signed between our company and AselsanNET Electronics and Communication Systems Industry Trade Construction and Contracting Ltd. Co. to be completed by the end of 2025. The works subject to the contract are anticipated to contribute positively to the business volume and financial statements in 2025.”
The second announcement is: Our company’s subsidiary TİTRA Technology A.Ş. Based on the company valuation of 16,992,527,269 TL made by a CMB licensed valuation company, a new investment of 70,600,000 TL was received through a venture capital investment fund. Similar investor inflows are expected to continue in the coming period. The funds to be obtained through the allocated capital increase from Titra Technology Inc. are planned to finance factory investments and research and development activities for mass production.”
