The State Department has decided to approve a possible Foreign Military Sale (FMS) to Poland of M1A1 Abrams Main Battle Tanks (MBT) and related equipment for an estimated cost of $3.75 billion. The Defence Security Co-operation Agency (DSCA) delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.
