French DGA performs first lock-on firing of MMP missile from new Jaguar EBRC

An MBDA-manufactured MMP medium-range missile was test-fired from Nexter’s Jaguar armoured reconnaissance and combat vehicle (EBRC). For the first time in mid-April. The French defence procurement agency (Direction Générale de l’Armement /DGA) carried out the firing at their Land Techniques Test Centre as part of the JAGUAR qualification. Launched from the retractable pod on the Jaguar’s turret in a two-missile configuration, the MMP successfully hit its target.
