The Shipyard has won the tender of the Command. With the additional orders, ARES will construct 188 boats in total. The Shipyard has delivered the 110th boat so far. It will build 57 for police, nine for customs, 119 for the Coast Guard, and three for the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus-Coast Guard Command.
Ares Shipyard invested substantially in the project to produce six boats per two months, which the Shipyard calls “serial production”. The production rate continues as it was planned.
ARES 35 FPB may reach speeds while seakeeping characteristics conform to harsh environmental conditions. It is designed and built for combatting irregular migration, search and rescue, anti-human trafficking, and maritime security and safety missions.
