HAVELSAN announced the completion of integration tests for Bayraktar TB3 UCAV to the ADVENT combat management system present onboard TCG Anadolu LHD (L400).
Bayraktar TB3 has left behind another important milestone towards full operational capability from the Turkish Navy’s flagship TCG Anadolu LHD with the integration into the ADVENT combat management system.
ADVENT, as the nervous system of the ship, connects onboard systems and recently various unmanned systems to work in coordination. The combat management system has also been integrated with HAVELSAN-Yonca SANCAR USV.
Considering the potential of Bayraktar TB3 in supporting amphibious operations and maritime surveillance onboard LHDs and aircraft carriers, integration with ADVENT is a critical step in realising it.
Bayraktar TB3’s other recent milestone is its operational participation in NATO’s Steadfast Dart 2026 exercise, in which the UCAV demonstrated its maritime strike and automatic takeoff/landing capabilities under harsh weather. Beyond the operational use in an exercise, the exercise has served as a ground to provide a closer look for the other participant countries.
