Korea Develops Indigenous Naval Airborne Mine Warfare System

The Republic of Korea (ROK) is increasing naval investments in line with rising threat pressure. Defence Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) has signed a contract to develop Korean Aerospace Industries (KAI) to research and develop efforts for airborne mine countermeasures systems. Equipment is intended for the Republic of Korea Navy (RoKN).
