Industry and Technology Minister Mustafa Varank stated that the mission computer to be used in the Indigenous fighter jet was successfully produced by TÜBİTAK BİLGEM and delivered to Turkish Aerospace.
Minister Varank did not give detailed information about the task the computer would be responsible for on the plane. Varank has announced in the past that the TF would have artificial intelligence on board. In the past, BİLGEM had integrated the ARINC653 compatible Real Time Operating System into the Digital Flight Control Computer. It was known that Turkish Aerospace developed the Digital Flight Control Computer, and there was a plan to integrate Bilgem’s Autopilot System into HÜRKUŞ and TF.
